We take great pride in handcrafting each product with care and attention to detail. Because every item is made in small batches, slight variations in colour, scent, or appearance are normal — and part of what makes Zyora products unique.

Please read below for details on our refund, return, and exchange process.

1. Change of Mind

As all products are handmade to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect fragrance choice, or personal preference.
Please review your order carefully before checking out.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
We may ask for photos of the product and packaging to help us assess the issue.

Once approved, we will offer one of the following options:
   •    A replacement item (where available), or
   •    A store credit for the value of the item, or
   •    A refund to your original payment method (in rare cases)

Zyora reserves the right to decide which option applies based on the situation.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please email us at [yourbusinessname]@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll ensure the correct items are sent promptly or arrange a suitable resolution.

4. Returns Process

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions via email on how to return the item.
Please note:
   •    Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
   •    The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
   •    We recommend using a tracked service, as Zyora is not responsible for parcels lost in return transit.

All sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
