All our products are handmade in small batches, which means slight variations in colour, scent, or appearance may occur — this is part of their unique, handcrafted nature.

Zyora reserves the right to discontinue or update products and prices without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and weight.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Promotional discounts or offers are valid only for the time stated and cannot be applied retrospectively.

When you place an order with Zyora, you agree that all details provided are accurate and complete.

Zyora reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
   •    Fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected
   •    The product is out of stock
   •    There are errors in pricing or product information

If your order is cancelled after payment, you’ll be promptly refunded.

We currently ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand only.

Once your order has been dispatched, Zyora is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels caused by postal or courier services.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
