Shipping Policy

At Zyora, we handcraft and carefully package each order to ensure it arrives safely to your door. Please read below for details on our shipping process, delivery times, and costs.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand only.
We do not offer international shipping outside these regions at this time.

2. Processing Time

All orders are handmade and packed with care.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before dispatch. During busy periods, restocks, or promotional events, processing times may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated via email.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Australia
   •    Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
   •    Express Shipping (where available): 1–3 business days

New Zealand
   •    Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing (for NZ orders), or factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
   •    Australia: Flat rate or calculated rate displayed at checkout
   •    New Zealand: International rate displayed at checkout

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — details will be clearly displayed on our website or social media pages.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this to follow your parcel’s progress through the courier’s website.

6. Local Pick-Up or Delivery 

If you’re local to the Central Coast, NSW, you may be eligible for local drop-off or pick-up.
This option will appear at checkout if available, and you’ll receive an email/ SMS to arrange collection or delivery time.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

While we do our best to ensure every parcel arrives safely, once your order has been handed over to the courier, Zyora cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
If this happens, please contact the courier first and then get in touch with us — we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

8. Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. Zyora is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
