Returns & Refunds

At Zyora, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of home fragrance items, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence. We will happily offer a replacement or refund.

When will I get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times range between 2–14 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

Where are you based?

Zyora is based on the Northern Central Coast, NSW (2259), with local pickup available.

What is the policy for pick up?

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an SMS confirmation with your allocated pickup time.

Please ensure you arrive at your scheduled time. If you are unable to make your allocated time, kindly reply to the SMS so we can arrange a new time that suits us both.

If you are running 10+ minutes late, please also let us know via SMS so we can adjust accordingly.
